SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

We are using a third-party courier that will send your orders to your doorstep. Please make sure that the contact details you provided are correct (address, email address and phone number) to ensure smooth delivery. Our main courier is NinjaVan Malaysia. On rare occasion, if the area is not covered by NinjaVan, your orders will be delivered by PosLaju Malaysia.

Please take note that we take your order seriously. The items that are shipped to you have gone through final checks for damages before we wrap in bubble wrappers and bubble mailers.

In the event that for some reason upon receiving the items, the items is/are cracked, fractured or broken, we will get the courier to reimburse you for the damages. Please follow the instructions below for us to make a report and claim from our courier.

Customer need to take THREE (3) pictures;

1.    Picture of damaged item.

2.    Fragile sticker on Ninjavan Flyers/Packaging.

3.    The bubble wrap that wraps the item.

Customers then will have the damaged items replaced with a new one of the same code.

Any cancellation, returns and refunds are at the discretion of Sofwanah Cosmetics directors.

  • Return item : 3-7 working days
  • Refund : 14  working days
